Support Inform (“we”, “our”, “us”) owns and operates this website. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales. Our company number is 11929915. Please contact us if you require our registered office address.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders you, the customer (“you”), place with us via this website and constitute the entire and only agreement between us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any of the online courses or other services displayed on our website (both the courses and any other services are subject to the same terms and conditions and referred to as “Services”). You should understand that by ordering any of the Services displayed on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Services from our website.
Use of our Website
Your use of our site is governed by our Terms Of Website use. Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you. The Terms and Conditions of sale should be read together with the Terms and Conditions of website use.
Placing an Order
An order for the Services sold on our website may be placed directly through our website. You will receive an acknowledgement email after placing your order, which will confirm your order and provide details of how to access the purchased Services. A binding contract will come into force between us at the point of placing the order online.
When placing an order you will have the opportunity to check and amend any details before submitting your order. You should take time to read and to check your order at all stages. Support Inform Ltd is not responsible for any errors as a result of you providing incorrect information during the order process.
All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. If we reject an order (for whatever reason) we will inform you as soon as possible.
An order is defined as the total amount payable for the number of places (or licences) stated at the point of booking. Each individual place or licence is not treated as an individual order.
Individual terms or specific individual agreements will be governed by these terms unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
By selecting or agreeing to a recurring yearly fee, Support Inform will automatically charge on a recurring basis (either monthly or yearly as agreed between you and us) the agreed yearly or monthly charge, to the payment method associated with your account. Please contact us for details about plans and pricing.
A binding contract will come into force between us at the point at which you confirm your subscription online via our website, or if agreed by correspondence, on the date a confirmation email is sent by us, to you. This binding contract will remain in force until each yearly anniversary, and will be renewed automatically on the date of each anniversary. To cancel your subscription, see below.
You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing Support Inform with valid payment details for payment of all fees. If Support Inform is unable to successfully charge your payment card or payment account for fees due, Support Inform reserves the right to revoke or restrict access to services and stored content, delete your stored content, or terminate your account. If you want to designate a different payment method or if there is a change in payment account status, you are responsible for changing your information and notifying us of the change; this may temporarily disrupt your access to the Services while Support Inform verifies your new payment information. We may contact you via email regarding your account, for reasons including billing and usage.
All descriptions, specifications, advertising, and overview information displayed on our website, or otherwise, in relation to the Services are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Services to be provided. They will not form part of the contract between us. The Services delivered may differ in non-material respects from the information provided on our website, or otherwise.
We may from time to time make any change to the specification or design of the Services which are required to conform to any applicable safety, statutory or regulatory requirement, or do not materially reduce their quality.
We may also, from time to time, make changes to the specification or design of the Services in order to improve the Services or for any other reason, and will give you notice of any significant changes. You must contact us immediately upon notification of the changes if you take any issue with the changes and wish to cancel any order.
Price of the Services
The price(s) of the Services are displayed on our website at the time you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, all prices stated on our website are exclusive of value added tax (VAT).
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Subscription fees are available on our website, or you can contact us via the contact form on our website for an individual quotation.
If, for any reason, a Service listed on our website is incorrectly priced, we will not be obliged to supply the Services at the incorrect price, even if we have accepted your order.
We must receive payment in full for all the Services you order before your order can be processed. Payment for the Services will be taken through our third party payment provider (as we shall nominate from time to time). Payment will be received by us upon confirmation from such provider that the transaction has been completed.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel any order for Services and receive a refund in respect of such at any time before such Services are accessed. You will not be able to cancel an order for any part of the Services once they have been accessed to any degree or at any level, whether by the purchaser or by any other person.
“Access” includes but is not limited to generating or sharing licences, logging onto the Services, creating profile(s) and commencing use of the materials by you or anyone using your account.
If you do not access the Services during the twelve (12) months following the date on which they were ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and withdraw your access to such Services. You will not receive a refund if the order is cancelled as described in this paragraph.
For cancellation of subscriptions, see below.
Withdrawing from a subscription
You can change your subscription by contacting us. Downgrading or cancelling your subscription will take effect on the next annual billing date (even if you elect to pay on a monthly basis, downgrading will take place on your yearly anniversary).
If you choose to cancel your subscription following its initial purchase or, if you are on an annual payment plan, following the commencement of any renewal term, you may do so by informing Support Inform with a clear statement (please contact us via the contact form on our website for the address) within 14 days from when you received your e-mail confirmation. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of cancellation (standard orders or subscriptions)
All services provided to you by Support Inform will be cancelled with immediate effect for standard orders, or on the date of your next anniversary for subscriptions. All content stored by Support Inform will be permanently deleted. You are responsible for ensuring that before cancelling you have extracted and securely stored all learner records for members of your organisation. We will not accept any responsibility for storing learner records once the cancellation takes effect. Support Inform can assist with providing learner records. You should contact us to request these, which will be provided at a cost, supplied and agreed in advance.
So far as is permitted by law, we (including the officers, directors, employees, shareholders, sub-contractors or agents of Support Inform Ltd ) exclude all liability and responsibility (including without limitation in respect of negligence) from any amount or kind of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this website and / or our online courses.
We recognise that liability cannot be excluded for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or to attempt to exclude our liability, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the exclusions/limitations set out above, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising for any reason regardless of the cause, including whether caused in tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise (even if foreseeable), including any loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profit of contracts, reputational damage, loss of anticipated savings, wasted third party costs, and/or loss of data, management or office time.
For the avoidance of any doubt, the material on our website and contained within our online courses is provided without any condition, warranty or other terms, of any kind unless otherwise stated in writing. No reliance should be placed on that material (website or course material), and independent advice should always be taken.
We will perform and deliver the Services with reasonable care and skill. We do not give any other representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the Services. Any representation, condition or warranty which might be implied or incorporated into these terms by statute, common law or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the Services are suitable for your purposes and do not guarantee any specific results from participating in the e-learning courses.
Your purchase of and reliance upon any Service provided by Support Inform ltd does not create any indemnity in relation to your liability to any third party (including but not limited to any customer or member of your organisation). Specifically, any such liability is expressly excluded. To be clear, none of the Services provided by Support Inform Ltd amount to insurance or indemnity or a regulatory compliance measure or similar, and you remain absolutely responsible for any liability owed to any third party.
Support Inform ltd is intended to operate as a ‘reasonable measure’ and we will cooperate with you in assisting to demonstrate the extent to which our Services operate as a reasonable measure should any claim be made against you in relation to which our Services have a bearing. Please contact us should this be the case or should you require any further information in relation to our terms on liability.
Events outside our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under an order that is caused by an “Event outside our control”.
An “Event Outside Our Control” means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, server failures, software failures, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
Our Right to Vary These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time, including but not limited to, in the following circumstances:
- changes in how we accept payment from you;
- changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or
- any other changes to our operating or delivery processes.
Every time you order Services from us, the terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us.
We try to ensure that our website is always available for you. In the event that our website is unavailable at any time and for any period (for whatever reason), we shall not be liable even if this means you cannot access the Services during that period.
If any provision within these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable (in whole or in part) the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
These terms and conditions (including in relation to any non-contractual obligations) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
